Refund policy
No returns or exchanges in general. Due to hygiene and nature of our products there are no refunds available once product is shipped.
If items are received in a damaged state or the wrong item is shipped we will happily exchange it. Please email Badoredwaistbeads@gmail.com. There will be no shipping fee to ship it back.
We are not responsible for products that read delivered on the USPS tracking information or products that were misdelivered due to lack of correct or complete address. A claim can be filed with the United States Postal Service.
If your package is returned to us due to a incomplete or incorrect address there will be a re shipping fee to ship it again.
