HOW TO USE:

Use a match. In indigenous smudging ceremonies, they believe the use of butane lighters kills the medicinal effect of the herb.

Let it burn for 20 seconds and then blow the fire out by waving it in the air. While the smoke still lingers, walk around the space letting the smoke hit the walls and corners of the room.

Once the space is cleared and the smoke goes out the windows, you are left with a refreshed space.

Do not put the sage stick out with water; instead, leave it on a dish or burning plate.
